Heat source were very friendly and professional. They were able to get a tech out with in 30 minutes (Jessy) and let me know the problem. They told me the cost of coming out and running diagnostics. Jessy made sure I understood they may not beable to fix it the same day, depending on the issue or part. He answered my questions, pointing out there were several wind storms, there was a lot of dirt in the filter, and the age of our system.
Once he figured out the problem, he was upfront with needing to order a part, and did not make empty promises on when, but gave an estimation of one to two days part availablity. He let me know there were several possibilities to why the system failed. Jessy also made suggestions on how to keep the house warm until parts came in, if no one wanted to use the fireplace. Lastly, I'd like to add, the office line answers phone calls quickly, provides the same exceptional customer service, patience, and understanding of urgency.

Arrival to the premises on time.
Technicians, Trey and Hayden, were focussed and detail oriented at every stage of the furnace's installation. Accurate, logical and neat layout of pipe routing and furnace placement. Careful control of materials and work space. Safety and professional ethics were always observed. Respectful and reserved at all times. High standards of service. We thank you!
Two days after installation, water temperature adjustment was needed. We contacted HeatSource Mechanical who responded timely by dispatching technician Jesse K. He conducted the needed adjustment(s) effectively and professionally.

Having problems with my on-demand hot water system. Heat source was the installer of the system in my residence. They responded quickly to my request for Service. I was able to track their technician right to my door giving me time to secure my dogs. Technician listen to my concerns and went straight to the problem and solved it within five minutes. He then made adjustments to the unit for the weather that we are having so I would not have a reoccurrence. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
