“Several weeks ago your technician Joe completed annual maintenance on our furnace and hot water heater. He arrived as scheduled and was familiar with our systems, having been here before. He completed the necessary maintenance and discovered a couple of issues that he recommended be addressed. Joe is clearly knowledgeable as well as professional and courteous. He explained things in a way that I could understand, and patiently answered all of my questions, By the time he left all work was complete and everything has been working great. I feel Joe really went above and beyond, not only in the way he completed the technical part of his job, but also in how he went out of his way to be helpful and make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
