“The scheduled repair was to crimp a pipe connection that was missed during the installation after the tech called for the tool and it was delivered. He got the pipes joined together the he opened all the valves flooding the top floor and I saw him and said he can’t open the valves for upstairs because there’s nothing there so we had rain all the way to the first floor from the fourth floor, so far we only have damage on one wall on the first floor”
