Sway, Garrett, Richard, Sagun, and Jason all helped to install our AC unit for our home. I know, I know, AC in Alaska, but our home has no tree cover and the upstairs was unbearable. Now we can run the AC and cook without perishing from the heat! Great job, and great company!!!

These guys were OUTSTANDING!!! They educated us so much more than anyone, about our boiler and how it all works. *(NOTE) We've had 2 different companies come out and charge us out the "wallet" just to improperly install the Wrong parts. They took our money, made promises and then "crickets" (I feel stupid for having even tipped one of them $85) over the already ridiculous price. (Took him over 3 hrs to change 1 PRV) Then said well, it must be the heat exchanger and thats gonna be $1500 just for the part. I could go on and on but Im too happy NOW, to even be mad, thanks to HSM for coming out the same day that we called them and saving our pocket book from these shams! ------------------------------------------------------------------ HEAT SOURCE MECHANICAL is THE ONLY Company I would have work on my boiler. They changed the pressure tank, replaced the tubing from the expansion tank to the condenser plus repaired the other companies screw up on the unneeded PRV. They did all of this in 45 minutes from diagnosis to full repair, for about the same price the another guy charged us to just change a pressure release valve (improperly anyways) lol Thank you HEAT SOURCE MECHANICAL - You guys are the read deal! The guys are bad ass! Jason, Sagon and Richard installed a new furnace for me after being without heat all rainy summer. Christine and Maryann in the office were top notch. Customer service is obviously a priority for Heat Source Mechanical. Definitely recommend!!! 10/10 🌟

The Technician, Trey Williams did an outstanding job of diagnostics and repair on a tired, old heating system. After testing and cleaning multiple components, his "never quit" attitude resulted in finding the most difficult problem possible - intermittent failure. Although he tested the various components multiple times, it was when he caught the part in an intermittent failure that allowed him to complete the repair. The unlikely component and the near obsolete furnace meant that he didn't have the particular part needed to effect the repair. He quickly sourced the part in town and was able to get there and back in an incredibly short time. This was so important and fortunate for me because I didn't have to go another day or two days waiting on a replacement part. His determined efforts resulted in our HVAC being up and running resulting in a warm home this morning at a cold 26 degrees. Thankyou Trey Williams. Thankyou Heat Source Mechanical for your quick response and professional and competent Technician. If I could offer or request a change in your receipt process, I would like a semi-itemized statement. List the cost of the service charge, quantity of hours/time and cost, and list/cost of parts. In the likely event that I need future repairs, I will be able to show the next Technician what parts/service has been completed or parts replaced, and I'll know if I'm being severely overcharged etc. To be clear, I'm not complaning. Rather, I'm thanking you for getting my heating system up and operating.

Very good customer service. Their technician (Trey) was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Trey is an excellent technician. I so appreciated that he was willing to take time to answer my questions. Additionally, he was a considerate guest in my home as he worked. He is very knowledgeable. He also explained the work that he had done and the maintenance contract as well. Definitely recommend!
