Maryann that answers the phone is the heart of this operation. And although I was disappointed that even though there was nothing wrong with my furnace and that I had to pay $178 bucks anyway, Maryann's kindness made it ok.

He knows what he's doing, he doesn't try to sell me something I don't need, and he's completely trustworthy. I especially like that he looks ahead and anticipates what he might need.
