Trey is an excellent technician. I so appreciated that he was willing to take time to answer my questions. Additionally, he was a considerate guest in my home as he worked. He is very knowledgeable. He also explained the work that he had done and the maintenance contract as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience and would highly recommend. First and foremost I probably called around 6 companies for a boiler issue and HeatSource answered right away while the other companies took 1-2 days to get back to me. Christine was very helpful, friendly, and communicative and ensured my special requests for my service call happened which I really appreciated. She was able to get me in earlier than my original appointment time too which was great. Trey the technician was also amazing and kept me in the loop as he was on the service call since I wasn't at the property. I could tell he is honest and genuinely wanted to help resolve my issues and not just recommend unnecessary work. I really like their automatic updates too that was letting me know that Trey was on his way, etc. Great people and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.
