Hayden Morin and his team installed the furnace a in professional and efficient manner. They communicated very well with as what they were doing, checked with me on options and were friendly to work with. Chisty worked with me on scheduling and was prompt and friendly in doing so. All in all, it was a delightful experience working with this company; I very highly recommend them!”

“Several weeks ago your technician Joe completed annual maintenance on our furnace and hot water heater. He arrived as scheduled and was familiar with our systems, having been here before. He completed the necessary maintenance and discovered a couple of issues that he recommended be addressed. Joe is clearly knowledgeable as well as professional and courteous. He explained things in a way that I could understand, and patiently answered all of my questions, By the time he left all work was complete and everything has been working great. I feel Joe really went above and beyond, not only in the way he completed the technical part of his job, but also in how he went out of his way to be helpful and make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. “Needed a heating system inspected for sale of the home. Heat source got me right in. Joseph Gray inspected and replaced the items needing replacement do to leaking or worn out. Joseph kept me in the loop as he progressed and of course needed my approval to replace the items. Very thorough and knowledgeable.”

“The scheduled repair was to crimp a pipe connection that was missed during the installation after the tech called for the tool and it was delivered. He got the pipes joined together the he opened all the valves flooding the top floor and I saw him and said he can’t open the valves for upstairs because there’s nothing there so we had rain all the way to the first floor from the fourth floor, so far we only have damage on one wall on the first floor”
“I called at 8:30 a.m., and by 12:30, I had a very knowledgeable technician looking at my boiler system. He found 2 things that needed to be fixed, showed them to me, then fixed them with new parts on the spot! The cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the fast and efficient repair of my furnace. Thank you so much! I plan to continue with this company if I have any boiler issues in the future. A+”
